Identifying, Analyzing, and Combating Risks that Threaten Communities and Societies.
Ghana, like many countries, is facing growing challenges from organised crime and new types of threats that cross borders. From online extremism and terrorism, arms proliferation, trafficking, smuggling, wildlife crime, environmental crime, illicit flows, to cyber-enabled fraud and other criminal activities, these crimes affect communities, the economy, and national security.
At CISAB, we work to understand these risks and stay ahead of them. We gather information from individuals, communities, online sources, and legitimate intelligence networks to spot patterns and emerging dangers. This helps us provide timely advice and practical guidance to authorities, organisations, and citizens.
Our aim is to reduce the impact of these crimes by supporting prevention, raising awareness, and promoting coordinated action. By keeping an eye on both current and emerging threats, CISAB helps make Ghana safer and more resilient.
