She Secure is an independent, collaborative initiative on cybersecurity by CISAB and Women in CyberSecurity (WiCYS) West Africa Affiliate. The initiative aims to promote and advance the inclusion of more women in the field of cybersecurity.

In a sector traditionally dominated by men, She Secure works to address this imbalance by providing training from basic to intermediate and advanced levels across various cybersecurity domains, including Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Data Security and Privacy, Security Operations, AI Security, Incident Response and Handling, Cybersecurity Law, and Cyber Policy, among others. Trainees are also supported in acquiring relevant certifications, licenses, and career guidance to help them succeed professionally.

Beyond training, She Secure promotes cyber hygiene in underserved communities, making cybersecurity accessible and engaging for women and other marginalized groups. The initiative seeks to spark interest, build skills, and empower more people to enter and thrive in the cybersecurity field.
